Telligro did not set out to build yet another platform. The founding members had worked with enterprise customers on operational problems across a range of industries, processes, stakeholders and software.
Every implementation required the same underlying capability: coordinating the completion of work across systems, people and independent organisations, under governance. The business problems differed. The execution problem did not.
What emerged was reusable execution infrastructure.

Telligro builds the platform. The implementation need not be ours.
The integration work required at each customer differs by roughly a third, and is quoted today as a project service. We intend to transfer that delivery to implementation partners, in the manner in which Salesforce, Workday and ServiceNow structured their ecosystems.
